Managing subject of Częstochowa Industrial Park is the Regional Development Agency in Częstochowa Co.
The Agency is a public limited company, with main shareholder being the Municipality of Częstochowa. The aim of the Company is to act to the benefit of Częstochowa Region development and increasing its economy’s competitiveness.  
The company sets itself the task to minimize the threat of unemployment by support of business initiatives that establish new workplaces, and all other initiatives to bring advantages for the local community.   The Company is managed by mgr inż. Barbara Muchalska– President of the Board, in form of single-handed Management Board.
