Aims
1. Project: „Infrastructure building for enterprise development within Częstochowa Industrial Park”
Stimulation of business development of Częstochowa, and indirectly also the Częstochowa sub-region.   Attractive production and office premises will be offered, where all the companies, and especially small and medium enterprises, will have possibility to run business activity.

The Project combines modernization undertaking of already existing premises and equipment (renovation and reconstruction of the building at ul. Wały Dwernickiego) with establishing of new infrastructure (communal media, internal roads, maneuver places) and new building (production and office hall) within premises at Legionów Street.
1.Project „Support in management and functioning process of Częstochowa Industrial Park “
Support in management of the Park through professional preparation of managing subject to challenges connected with management of Park’s premises and facilities.  
Assistance in successful winning of customer (beneficiates) for Park’s offer by working out documents: strategy for customer winning, promotion strategy for Częstochowa Industrial Park and managing subject and assistance through creating professional promotional literature.
Providing customers (beneficiates) of the Park and subjects interested in  Park’s offer a professional service at each stage of  placing and  execution of the investment by providing professional consultancy team, equipped with materials (investor’s guide and webpage).
Optimizing of current management to be achieved by workshops and consultancy for personnel and managerial staff.
Creating possibilities to apply the best practices of international and domestic experience in the field of executing similar projects by organization of conferences and study visits.
